Salary: $15.00-18.00/hr

Express Employment is seeking an "Inside Sales" associate for local company in Grove City, PA!

 

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming calls/emails 
• Process customer orders/returns/replacements
• Obtain product documentation such as MTRs, prints and submittal sheets
• Prepare LTL shipments and documentation
• Complete purchasing & vendor returns
• Item maintenance and inventory counts
• Utilize B2B collaboration platforms such as SAP Business Network, Coupa Supplier and others
• Other duties as asked 

Experience Required:

• Strong customer service skills + communication
• Problem solving & decision making skills
• Strong computer skills (any Profit 21 experience is excellent!)

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday; 7:30AM-4:00PM (NO WEEKENDS!)

Pay Rate:

• $15.00-$18.00/hr (DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE)
