Our Ajax client a supplier of roofing products is looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process shipments and maintain inventory using computer software
• Receive, inspect, and put away materials within the warehouse
• Pick, and pack orders in a timely manner
• Verify accuracy of orders picked (product name and size, product code, expiration date, and quantity)
• Ship orders according to customer specifications
• Load and unload trucks by hand or material handling equipment such as forklift and dollies
• Perform general housekeeping duties

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-2 years Warehouse experience
• 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills
• Good math skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail skills
• Reliable, punctual, and great work ethic
• Abel to work independently and within a team setting
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Bonus Qualifications:

• Forklift license and experience (asset)
• Experience using inventory software (asset)
• Knowledge of safety rules and policies
• Team player with good communication skills

Compensation and Hours:

• Part Time: Tuesday to Thursday (9am to 4:30pm)
• Pay Rate: $22 per hour
