Salary: $50/hr +

We’re hiring an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter for a 4-6 month contract position to manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions in a rapidly growing manufacturing environment. This role will own the recruiting process from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers and candidate follow-up.

What We’re Looking For:

• Manufacturing, aerospace or skilled-trades recruiting experience
• Experience with both high-volume and specialized technical hiring
• Strong passive sourcing and pipeline-development skills
• ATS and applicant-management experience
• Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers
• Interview coordination, offer management and candidate follow-up
• Ability to work independently, prioritize openings and move quickly
• Comfortable recruiting in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment
