We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to provide hands-on support to manufacturing operations. This role works directly on the production floor to improve processes, troubleshoot equipment, develop work instructions and help keep production running efficiently.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Manufacturing or industrial engineering support experience
• Process and equipment troubleshooting skills
• Experience creating SOPs, work instructions and technical documentation
• Knowledge of tooling, fixtures and production layouts
• Time studies, workflow analysis and process improvement experience
• Experience training and supporting production employees
• Familiarity with manufacturing metrics and root-cause analysis
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on production-floor presence
