We’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team with interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS administration and overall hiring-process coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, responsive and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Recruiting coordination or HR support experience
• High-volume interview scheduling
• ATS data entry and applicant tracking experience
• Strong candidate communication and follow-up
• Experience posting jobs and reviewing résumés
• Offer, onboarding and pre-employment coordination
• Excellent organization, urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to support multiple recruiters and hiring managers simultaneously
