We’re hiring an Inventory Specialist to support receiving, inventory accuracy and traceability within a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong inventory experience, excellent data-entry skills and a high level of attention to detail.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• High-volume inventory, warehouse or receiving experience; lead or management experience in environments like Amazon is highly desirable
• Experience receiving and inspecting incoming materials
• ERP, WMS or inventory-management system experience
• Lot, serial number and part-number tracking
• Scanning and filing certificates of conformance
• Label creation, bin-location management and inventory movement
• Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Accurate, high-volume data entry skills
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency and attention to detail
