Finished Goods Order Processor

Newberg, OR Pay: $17.50 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Finished Goods Order Processor for a manufacturing client in Newberg, OR. We are looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals with manufacturing experience who are eager to support production and order fulfillment operations.

The Finished Goods Order Processor is responsible for pulling and binning parts from Finished Goods Inventory to support the order fulfillment process. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to assist in other manufacturing departments as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Stage finished goods orders and print labels
• Pull parts for customer orders from finished goods inventory
• Apply product labels according to established procedures
• Review orders for tubing requirements, special instructions, and large quantities
• Monitor inventory to maintain Kanban integrity, including cards and quantities
• Process Kanban cards according to company procedures
• Safely maneuver finished goods order carts through warehouse aisles
• Assist with shipping and final inspection activities as needed
• Perform other manufacturing and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience required
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software systems
• Ability and willingness to work overtime or adjust schedules when needed
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support multiple departments
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry 1-20 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 35 pounds
• Stand, walk, and remain in motion for extended periods throughout the shift

Work Schedule Expectations

• Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
• Strong attendance record required
