Lead Test Operator – Multiple Openings

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 1st shift opportunities

 

We’re hiring Lead Test Operators to support the assembly and testing of small turbine engines within the aerospace industry. This hands-on role involves installing engines in test cells, connecting instrumentation, running test sequences, troubleshooting failures, and preparing equipment for upcoming tests.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of relevant mechanical/electrical experience
• 2+ years of assembly testing or functional testing experience
• Experience with test cells, instrumentation and/or calibration
• Familiarity with thermocouples, pressure transducers, strain gauges or accelerometers
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and work instructions
• Comfortable using hand, power and pneumatic tools
• Aerospace, automotive, medical device or other regulated-industry experience preferred
