Production Lead / Assembly Line Supervisor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: DOE
Job Type: Full-Time

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Production Lead / Assembly Line Supervisor to lead a hands-on production team. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who can keep employees focused on production, quality, accountability, and meeting daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate assembly and production employees
• Assign work and keep the production line moving efficiently
• Hold team members accountable for daily productivity and quality
• Ensure posted work instructions and processes are followed accurately
• Monitor finished products to prevent defects, rework, and rejected parts
• Address production or quality issues quickly
• Maintain an organized, productive, and team-focused work environment
• Communicate expectations clearly and professionally

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production lead, or line supervisor experience
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Firm, dependable, and comfortable holding employees accountable
• Quality-focused with strong attention to detail
• Driven to meet production goals and customer expectations
• Able to follow and enforce established manufacturing processes
