Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Entry Level Equipment Set-Up Technician openings in Pine City, Minnesota. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer service, working hands-on with equipment, and being part of a team-oriented environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $17.00/Hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Pine City, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating the parts and equipment they need.
• Create sales orders, pull correct parts, and process customer payments.
• Intake repair and service equipment and communicate customer concerns to service staff.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assemble and prepare new zero-turn mowers, snowblowers, weed whips, chainsaws, and snowplows.
• Assist with inventory corrections and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Communicate customer needs, concerns, and messages with team members.
• Attend weekly company meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools to assemble equipment.
• Basic computer skills for creating sales orders and processing payments.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and parts as needed.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
