HR Coordinator

Express Employment Professionals on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join a local plumbing company in Omaha, NE!

Position Details:
•    Type: Evaluation Hire
•    Schedule: 8-5pm
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: up to $100,000/year

Job Duties:
•    Coordinate day-to-day human resources operations and administration.
•    Manage employee records and maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
•    Support recruiting, onboarding, and new-hire orientation activities.
•    Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions.
•    Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective action processes.
•    Coordinate benefits enrollment, employee changes, and open enrollment activities.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
•    Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
•    Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR administration.
•    Strong understanding of HR practices, employment documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
