Responsibilities

Maintain and beautify public parks, gardens, and green spaces.
Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers.
Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Assist in the design and implementation of landscaping projects.
Monitor plant health and address pest or disease issues as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality landscape maintenance.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of landscaping equipment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in landscaping preferred.
Knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance practices.
Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
