Your Responsibilities:

• Precision Checks: Verify adherence to blueprint specifications, including dimensions, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, surface finish, material type, and plating/finish requirements.
• Precise Measurements: Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, scales, and gauges for accurate measurements.
• Process Confirmation: Ensure the correctness of operation steps and procedures.
• Document Accuracy: Record and archive inspection results for proper documentation.
• Non-Conformance Handling: Draft, review, and handle non-conforming parts and products, including disposition.
• Reporting Excellence: Complete First Article Inspection (FIA) reports with meticulous detail.

 

Requirements:

• Educational Requirement: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
• Clear Background: Must pass a background check with no felonies or violent history.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable with bending, standing, twisting, and lifting up to 50lbs independently.
• Attention to Detail: Exhibit a strong eye for detail and precision.
