Pay: $41–$47/hour DOE, approximately $85,000–$98,000 annualized
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Production Control Analyst for a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturer in Centennial. This position works directly with production, quality, engineering and supply-chain teams to keep critical assemblies moving and production commitments on schedule.

Job Highlights

• Track assemblies, components and work orders throughout production
• Monitor daily priorities and identify schedule risks or bottlenecks
• Escalate material shortages, quality holds, tooling and documentation issues
• Lead production-review meetings and communicate priorities
• Coordinate recovery plans when production falls behind
• Track schedule attainment, WIP, throughput and on-time completion
• Maintain work-order and production-data accuracy within ERP/MRP and MES systems
• Analyze production data to improve forecasting and schedule reliability

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or a related field
• Two or more years of production planning, production control, manufacturing, supply chain or industrial engineering experience
• ERP/MRP experience and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working directly on a manufacturing floor
• Strong urgency, ownership and cross-functional communication
• Aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience preferred
• U.S. citizenship and security-clearance eligibility required
