Position Summary

We are looking for dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist in the production and packaging of mattress pads and pillows while ensuring products meet quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and working in a team-oriented production environment.

Responsibilities

• Fold mattress pads according to company standards.

• Bag and box mattress pads and pillows for shipment.

• Stack and organize finished products for distribution.

• Inspect products for quality and report any defects.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals.

• Assist with other production and packaging duties as assigned.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. regularly (queen mattress pads weigh approximately 12–13 lbs.).

• Ability to perform repetitive folding, pushing, and packaging motions throughout the shift.

• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and moving continuously during the workday.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
