Our staffing agency is recruiting for a BCA Work Cell Operator on behalf of our client, a contract electronics manufacturing company. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on assembly work, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

The BCA Work Cell Operator plays a key role in the assembly, testing, inspection, and quality verification of electronic products while supporting production goals and customer requirements.

What you get to do:

• Read and understand assembly documentation, work instructions, and part descriptions.
• Assemble electronic components and products according to documented procedures.
• Properly use hand tools, including tweezers, torque drivers, and customer-provided equipment.
• Identify and document defects accurately on production data sheets.
• Follow established assembly processes, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Comply with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards and requirements.
• Follow all company and departmental safety policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs.

What you need to be successful:

• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or a production environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: $17.50

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM
