Understand and apply the procedures for doffing tape yarn, ensuring that productivity is maximized and waste is minimized.

· Safely and effectively mitigate interruptions in the process (such as yarn breaks at the winders).

· Follow prescribed doffing procedures and schedules.

· Follow prescribed yarn processing and storage procedures for both block creel and random yarn.

· Ensure that all production is processed utilizing the CAMS system and all yarn is correctly labeled.

· Maintain orderliness in the yarn storage areas.

· Ensure that waste is processed correctly and in a timely manner.

· Identify existing or potential maintenance or electrical issues and communicate them to the Extrusion Operator and Shift Supervisor.

· Maintain safe working conditions and work safely at all times.

· Maintain housekeeping.
