We are seeking candidates for immediate client support roles with an local non-profit?

 

These are evaluation - hire opportunities for candidates who are looking for an opportunity where they can make a difference in the community.

 

Position Overview:

• Will answer incoming customer calls and schedule appointments, answer program questions or refer the customer to a caseworker as necessary. 
• Perform necessary documentation of calls
• Other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a passion and outgoing personality for working with limited and low income households.
• Excellent customer service
• Math and computer skills

• Experience working in a non-profit setting with limited income families, elderly and veterans a plus.

• Bi-lingual (Spanish) language skills are also a plus

 

Schedule: Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00. Hours will increase in October through March, and candidates need to have flexibility to work until 6pm and some Saturdays during peak season.

 

Pay: $20/hr. (+$1/hr for bilingual associates)
