Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Shipping & Receiving openings in Lino Lakes, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $23.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM-10:00 AM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Process packaging for all outgoing shipments.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify correct parts, quantities, weights, and overall condition.
- Store incoming materials and products in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Pack products securely to ensure shipments arrive at customer locations without damage.
- Print and apply accurate shipping labels to products and packages.
- Inspect final products before shipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare and complete shipping documentation for UPS, FedEx, and various trucking lines.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records and paperwork.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with UPS, FedEx, and truck line shipping processes.
- Ability to complete and maintain all corresponding shipping and receiving paperwork accurately.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided on the company's internal computer system.
- Forklift certification required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Knowledge of proper packaging methods to ensure products arrive safely and damage-free.
