We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Welder / Fitter to join our team. No extensive welding experience is required—training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to learn valuable welding and fabrication skills while working with structural steel.
Learn and perform MIG welding using 1/16" welding wire.
Weld and fabricate structural steel components.
Assist with fitting, measuring, cutting, and positioning steel materials.
Read and follow basic work instructions and measurements.
Set up and safely operate welding equipment and hand tools.
Inspect completed welds and assemblies for quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Work alongside experienced welders and fitters while developing welding skills.
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
Willingness to learn welding and fabrication.
Previous welding, fitting, construction, or shop experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work with structural steel and perform hands-on physical work.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work Monday–Friday on a long day shift.
Paid training and hands-on welding instruction
