We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior accounting staff to support a variety of accounting functions and contribute to the success of our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly accounting processes, including account reconciliations
• Prepare and file sales tax reports
• Support payroll processing as a backup when needed
• Participate in tax preparation and related tasks
• Work closely with management to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Help maintain organized financial records and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
