We are seeking Night Shift Service Technicians to join our team and provide hands-on commercial kitchen deep cleaning, route-based fryer cleaning and oil filtration services, and equipment cleaning support.
This is not a typical cleaning job. This position is ideal for dependable, self-driven individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy staying active, and are comfortable working independently in a structured environment. At the same time, being a strong team player is essential—you’ll support coworkers, adapt to schedule changes, and step in when additional coverage is needed.
What We Offer

Competitive weekly pay: Starting at $21.00/hour

Performance increase: Pay increases to $21.50/hour after 6 months, based on performance review

4-day work week: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Night shift: Starting at 5:30 PM, with 10–12 hour shifts extending into the next morning

Key Responsibilities
As a Night Shift Service Technician, you will:

Perform deep cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment and environments
-
Execute fryer cleaning and oil microfiltration services
-
Arrive on time and reliably complete all scheduled shifts
-
Provide high-quality customer service at each location
-
Manage time effectively to complete assigned service routes on schedule
-
Operate and properly maintain company equipment
-
Maintain safe driving habits and keep service vehicles clean and organized
-
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
-
Communicate effectively and promptly with management
-
Accurately use company service software and mobile applications
-
Work independently while also collaborating with the team on team jobs, coverage, and schedule adjustments

This is a physically demanding, hands-on service position. You will work in hot, non-climate-controlled commercial kitchen environments and spend much of your shift on your feet.

Qualifications
Candidates must have:

A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Reliable personal transportation to and from the shop

Ability to frequently stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, twist, scrub, push/pull, and lift up to 75 lbs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment

Strong communication skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
