Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Filler / Warehouse Associate to join a busy warehouse operation in Shreveport, LA. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing parts and products for customer orders.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, can accurately match part numbers and quantities, and is capable of performing physical work throughout the shift. Previous warehouse, order picking, pick/pack, or distribution experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow pick tickets to identify correct warehouse locations, part numbers, and quantities
• Pick and pull parts according to customer order specifications
• Match part numbers and product descriptions to ensure order accuracy
• Verify quantities before orders move to the next stage of fulfillment
• Enter and update basic order information within computer systems
• Organize and handle warehouse inventory safely and efficiently
• Maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced order fulfillment environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and warehouse policies

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED, or at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Ability to accurately read and match part numbers, quantities, and product descriptions
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team
• Previous warehouse, order picker, order filler, shipping, receiving, or pick/pack experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the full Monday–Friday schedule

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse position requiring employees to stand and walk for extended periods. Employees must be able to frequently reach, grasp, lift, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance.

• Regularly lift and move up to 15 lbs.
• Frequently lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and move items weighing more than 75 lbs.
• Ability to reach and handle products from floor level to overhead shelving
