Print Shop Production Operator

Are you an experienced print shop professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator with experience in commercial printing, finishing, or bindery operations.

Job Duties

Operate and set up commercial print production equipment
Run and monitor binders, folders, booklet makers, and other finishing equipment
Set up jobs according to production specifications
Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
Stock paper and maintain adequate production materials
Assist with inventory and warehouse operations
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow production schedules and meet deadlines

Qualifications

Previous print shop, bindery, or commercial printing experience preferred
Experience operating finishing equipment is a strong plus
Knowledge of print production processes and terminology
Strong attention to detail and quality
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Reliable and dependable
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Equipment Experience

Experience with binders, folders, booklet makers, UV equipment, and other print finishing machinery is highly preferred.
