Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable Cotton Processing Technicians to support a local agricultural operation. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in agriculture, production, and hands-on work. Training will be provided on specialized equipment.

What You'll Do

Process cotton samples for breeding and agricultural research activities
Weigh and record seed and fiber samples using computer-based systems
Prepare materials for ginning, bagging, and delinting
Safely operate cotton processing equipment
Bag, label, and organize samples by batch
Count seed by hand and with automated counters
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company and OSHA safety standards

What We're Looking For

Basic computer skills preferred
Ability to read weights and perform simple calculations
Reliable and punctual with good attendance
Flexible schedule and dependable work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
Comfortable working around machinery
Agricultural or production experience is a plus, but not required
