7:00 AM-3:00 PM | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM | 11:00 PM -7:00 AM

A leading flexible packaging manufacturer is seeking a dependable, safety-focused General Labor associate. This position is responsible for baling, palletizing, packaging, and preparing finished products according to production requirements and customer specifications. Responsibilities

• Stack 10-50 lb bundles onto pallets according to work instructions
• Bale finished product from production lines
• Use vacuum lift equipment to move heavier bales onto pallets
• Wrap bundles using Kraft paper, tape, and strapping equipment
• Verify correct pallets, labels, item numbers, quantities, and customer information
• Inspect bale printing for clarity and accuracy
• Notify the operator or supervisor of products that do not meet specifications
• Clear production lines and palletize finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Clean spills promptly
• Occasionally operate a manual pallet jack
• Sort and move pallets as needed

Requirements

• Open availability to work day, swing, or overnight shifts
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime as needed
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate vacuum lift equipment and pallet jacks
• Ability to wear required PPE, including hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed shoes
• Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and instructions
