The Production Work involves assisting in the manufacturing of garage door components within the Kanban team, working alongside a patient, trained teammate. Duties include equipment interaction around hoppers, mixers, and other machinery, with occasional climbing onto properly locked-out machines. This role requires continuous physical labor such as lifting, standing, bending, and climbing throughout the shift. Strong teamwork and adherence to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout, are essential.
