Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office
• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and staff
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Support office operations as needed during coverage assignments

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or front desk experience required
• Experience operating a multi-line phone system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to adapt quickly to new office environments
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability preferred
