This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about technology and enjoys helping homeowners create seamless, connected living experiences.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, partnerships, and outbound sales efforts.
• Consult with homeowners to assess their technology and connectivity needs.
• Present customized home automation, AV, networking, lighting control, and security solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Build relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, architects, and referral partners.
• Maintain CRM activity and sales pipeline.

• Meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development, outside sales, or account management experience.
• Proven success in consultative sales and closing new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in home automation, AV, networking, smart home, or related technology sales preferred.
