Customer Service Representative

Location: East Metro
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $25/hour+ DOE
Job Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

 

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a friendly, professional commercial roofing sales and service team in the East Metro.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct calls
• Schedule sales appointments and manage calendars
• Pull permits and complete lead sheets
• Follow up on proposals and customers
• Enter job numbers and maintain records
• Provide general administrative and inside sales support
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent phone and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Organized and able to multitask
• Resourceful and able to work under pressure
• Ability to regain focus after interruptions
• Construction experience preferred, but not required
