Compensation: $40,000 – $50,000/year

About the Role

We are a rapidly growing architectural glass and metal fabrication company. We are seeking a hands-on Inventory Control Manager to take full ownership of our shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. You will be the "go-to" person for material flow, ensuring our production teams have exactly what they need, when they need it. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and refine our inventory systems as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Process: Build and maintain our inventory system from the ground up.
• Receiving & Inspection: Manage the intake of thousands of parts daily. Inspect for damage/shortages and document everything within a 48-hour window.
• Data Management: Use our Odoo-based platform to assign part numbers, locations, and quantities.
• Production Support: Coordinate internal requisitions and material pulls for fabrication teams.
• Cycle Counting: Maintain 98%+ inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Logistics: Oversee outgoing shipments and ensure all documentation is accurate.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven background in high-volume manufacturing inventory or logistics.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using iPads and ERP software (Odoo experience is a huge plus).
• Detail-Oriented: You don't miss the small stuff. You can track thousands of parts without losing your place.
• Driven & Independent: You are a self-starter who can build processes where none existed. You don't wait to be told what to do.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable working in a shop environment; able to lift/move parts as needed.
• Bilingual Preferred: Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred but not required. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with a diverse workforce.
