💰 Pay: $25-$30/hr DOE
🗓️ Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours per Week

About the Opportunity

We are a growing metal fabrication and manufacturing company seeking a Welder / Fabricator to join our team. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, precision, and delivering exceptional work for our customers.

Whether you're an experienced welder or a recent welding program graduate, we're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality work.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Measure, fit, fabricate, and assemble parts to specification
• Grind, finish, and inspect completed work
• Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

✅ Qualifications

Required

• Welding experience through employment, apprenticeship, trade school, vocational training, or a welding program
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Strong measuring and layout skills
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred

• Fabrication experience
• Experience with mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum
• Forklift experience
• Experience with TIG welding, MIG welding, and laser welding highly desirable
