Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a contract Inventory Receiving & Data Entry Specialist to support a growing advanced manufacturing client. This role focuses on receiving parts, entering inventory into the ION system, managing receiving documentation, initiating Certificate of Conformance (CoC) workflows, and labeling/binnig parts.

 

Job Highlights:

• Enter inventory records into ION after shipping/receiving confirmation; add lot and serial numbers for buy parts
• Scan and file packing slips and CoCs; maintain document traceability
• Initiate and route CoC review/approval workflow for qualifying parts
• Generate/apply part labels per standards and physically bin/organize parts in correct storage
• Communicate discrepancies to shipping/receiving and QA as required

 

What we look for:

• 1+ years receiving/data entry or warehouse experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with inventory/ERP systems (ION, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently, able to lift up to 25–35 lbs
