Customer Service Representative

Located in Edmonton, AB

Salary: $23.00–$25.00/hour

An Edmonton client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Customer Service Representative Highlights:

• Answer approximately 30 incoming customer calls per day and greet walk-in customers for order pickups.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and website issues.
• Provide bilingual customer support in English and French, with approximately 60% of interactions in English and 40% in French.
• Process customer orders accurately over the phone using an ERP/order-entry system.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Coordinate with team members and management through Teams, phone, and email.
• Investigate and resolve order issues, website order-placement problems, and other customer concerns.
• Escalate complex issues to management when required.
• Follow up with customers to ensure concerns have been fully resolved.
• Work closely with the branch team to provide efficient and professional customer service.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative in-office environment.

Requirements:

• Fluently bilingual in English and French required.
• Strong customer service and telephone communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
• Ability to manage moderate daily call volume while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP or order-entry systems is an asset; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Professional and business-casual presentation.
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.

Hours & Wage:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 30-minute lunch break
• $23.00–$25.00/hour

Start Date: ASAP
