Motor Winder

Responsible for all aspects of motor winding operations in support of the motor assembly process and overall production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform winding preparation activities and motor winding operations.
• Complete motor winding connections and cable splicing as required.
• Operate electrical test equipment to verify product quality and performance.
• Support assembly operations and perform general labor duties as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment while following operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Read and interpret work instructions, maintenance procedures, and safety documentation.
• Perform repetitive hands-on tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
