Position: Customer Assistance Representative
Location: Norman, Oklahoma
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Client Assistance Representative III in Norman. This position serves as the frontline for customer service and is responsible for assisting clients and patients with registrations, benefits, records, billing, and general administrative needs.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMPay: $23.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Register clients and patients for department services.
Answer telephones, take messages, and provide general information to the public.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with other departments.
Collect and enter billing information and accept and document payments.
Maintain client records, inventories, expenditures, and other departmental records.
Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, and program documentation.
Sort, file, distribute, and process mail and other documents.
Enter and retrieve information using a computer or other data processing equipment.
Examine reports and documents for completeness and compliance with established requirements.
Follow up on discrepancies and ensure information is accurate.
Perform general clerical, filing, data entry, and administrative duties.
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
Proficiency with computers and data entry.
Ability to multitask and work effectively with the public and other departments.
Previous administrative, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
