Our client, in Northwest Oklahoma City, is seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to provide coverage and support for recruiting and pre-employment activities for approximately 6-8 weeks. This is a fully onsite position, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate pre-employment processes for new hires
• Complete and verify employment eligibility through E-Verify
• Conduct professional reference checks and document results
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding requirements
• Ensure all new hire documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain organized and confidential recruiting records

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or onboarding experience required
• Knowledge of E-Verify, I-9 compliance, reference checks, and pre-employment screening processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
