Industrial Mechanic – Swing Shift

Pay: $22.00–$26.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Swing Shift

We are seeking an experienced

Industrial Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and experience maintaining, repairing, and fabricating industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Repair and maintain conveyors and other industrial processing equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with automated equipment
Install and repair basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Fabricate components using sheet metal, structural tubing, and other materials
Perform MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Produce strong, clean, and presentable welds; welding certification is not required
Assist other team members with maintenance, fabrication, and special projects as needed
Safely and effectively use a variety of hand tools and power tools

Qualifications

Previous industrial mechanical or maintenance experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
Valid California driver's license with a clean DMV record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Ability to work a full-time swing-shift schedule

Compensation & Schedule

$22.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time swing-shift position with an opportunity to join a skilled industrial maintenance team.
