2^nd Shift: 3:30pm to 11:30pm Monday – Friday

OT until 1:30am

Pay: $29.30/hour

 

Our client is seeking a highly-skilled Metal Finisher in Rochester, MN. You will be responsible for maintaining key performance metrics such as safety, quality, and delivery.  Will repair weld, grind and operate a variety of tools and equipment.  Tools will include prints, bills ARI, and engineering/supervisor direction.

 

Job Duties

• Perform various metal finishing techniques to prepare parts for paint.
• Report labor and job data accurately.
• Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and neat work area.
• Perform other jobs within the department or plant as required by supervision.

 

 Requirements

• Ability to speak and understand English (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read and understand prints, bills of material, ARI, and safety notices
• Responsible and accountable for completing all job-related checklists and safety-related checklists
• Experience in Manufacturing is beneficial, but not required
