General Labor - Production

Salary: $19.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 2:30pm

Pay: $19.00/HR

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Read and understand production papers, work orders, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Accurately read and use a tape measure to verify dimensions and specifications.
  • Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect fiberglass parts to ensure they meet quality and finishing standards.
  • Assemble fiberglass components according to production requirements and work instructions.
  • Perform finishing tasks and quality checks on completed products.
  • Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products.
  • Use glue guns and other assembly tools to complete production processes.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand production paperwork and work instructions.
  • Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
  • Experience operating production equipment and machinery is a plus.
  • Experience using hand tools, including glue guns, preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
  • Ability to inspect parts and identify quality issues.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
