Production Press Operator

Location: Shawnee, KS
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Press Operator for a growing manufacturing company in Shawnee, KS. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. No prior press operator experience is required—paid training begins on day one.

Responsibilities:

• Operate die-cutting presses safely and efficiently
• Perform visual inspections throughout the production process
• Follow work orders, production specifications, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory counts as needed
• Identify and communicate quality concerns
• Support continuous improvement efforts
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
