Warehouse Associate – Shipping, Receiving & Kitting

Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Location: South Fort Worth, TX

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate for an aerospace company in South Fort Worth. This position is ideal for a dependable warehouse professional with experience in shipping and receiving, FedEx and UPS shipping systems, RF scanners, order fulfillment, kitting, packaging, and quality inspection.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

• Perform daily shipping and receiving duties
• Process outgoing shipments using FedEx and UPS websites
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials
• Use an RF scanner to track products and inventory
• Prepare parts and materials for assembly-line kitting
• Package, label, and stage products for shipment
• Complete quality checks to ensure accuracy
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse area
• Follow company safety and quality procedures

Warehouse Associate Qualifications

• At least three years of warehouse experience
• Previous shipping and receiving experience required
• Experience using FedEx and UPS shipping websites
• Proficiency with RF scanners
• Kitting, packaging, or assembly-line experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and a consistent work history
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
