Express Employment Professionals of Fargo, ND is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual for an entry-level Grounds & Construction Laborer position. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and learning a variety of hands-on skills.

 

The right candidate does not need extensive experience. You will receive direction and training while assisting with a variety of outdoor maintenance, landscaping, and construction projects.

 

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and perform general grounds maintenance
• Assist with landscaping and outdoor projects
• Help with construction projects as a general laborer
• Assist skilled workers with framing, concrete, material handling, and other projects
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Operate basic hand and power tools as directed
• Perform seasonal work, including snow removal during the winter months
• Complete other general labor and maintenance duties as needed

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Able to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Previous landscaping, construction, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
