Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a production company in Stanwood, WA. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with benefits and an immediate start available.
This role is ideal for someone with general maintenance, mechanical, or production equipment experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping equipment and facilities running smoothly. The Maintenance Technician will assist with general equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility upkeep in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay: $25 per hour to start with room for growth once fully trained
Schedule: Full-time, permanent
Workdays: Several shifts available (Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat, or Sun-Thu)
Start Time: 5:00 a.m. until work is complete (overtime available as needed)
Location: Stanwood, WA
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
- Help maintain a safe and efficient production environment
- Perform basic building and facility maintenance, including repairs and painting
- Support equipment installations, adjustments, and minor repairs
- Keep maintenance records accurate and up to date
- Identify potential issues and communicate concerns to leadership
What We're Looking For
- Previous maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, warehouse maintenance, or related experience
- Basic troubleshooting and repair skills
- TIG welding experience is a plus (not a must)
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Dependable and able to work independently when needed
- Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift
- Welding, electrical, refrigeration, or industrial maintenance experience is helpful but not required
- Experience in food production or manufacturing environments is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay of $25.00 per hour
