Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Sales & Service Representative / Route Driver for an office supply company in Everett, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building customer relationships, and driving a local route while developing a long-term career.
In this role, you'll learn all aspects of route operations, customer service, inventory management, and light sales. As you grow into a full-service route position, you'll have the opportunity to increase your earnings through commission while enjoying the convenience of a company vehicle and a predictable Monday-Friday schedule.
- Location: Everett, WA
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift (Home Every Night)
- Pay: $25.00 per hour + commission
- Type: Full-Time | Permanent / Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities
- Assist Route Technicians with service calls and product deliveries
- Deliver products to local business customers along established routes from Everett to Seattle
- Service existing accounts by restocking products and maintaining equipment
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service
- Identify upselling opportunities and expand customer accounts
- Learn route planning, scheduling, reporting, and account management
- Load, track, and replenish inventory as needed
- Maintain accurate service, delivery, and sales records
- Operate a company vehicle safely and professionally
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Route delivery, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
