Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are immediately hiring multiple entry-level Kitting and Packaging Specialists to work at our client’s premier packaging and fulfillment facility located in the Fort Worth – Alliance area. If you are reliable, enjoy hands-on work, and want consistent weekly hours with guaranteed overtime, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door!

No computer skills required. On-site training is provided from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Kit & Assemble: Group, count, and package products into completed kits accurately according to basic guidelines.

• Inspect Products: Perform simple visual quality checks to ensure items are damage-free and correctly packed.

• Prepare for Shipping: Label, bundle, and box finished packages for delivery.

• Maintain Safety: Keep your assigned work station clean, organized, and safe throughout your shift.

What We’re Looking For

• No prior experience necessary – entry-level role with complete on-the-job training provided.

• Strong attendance, punctuality, and a reliable work ethic.

• Ability to perform active physical work (standing, bending, lifting light-to-moderate items) for 10–11 hour shifts.

• Must be fully available to work Monday through Saturday.
