Device Setup Technician

Pay: $23/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 18 to 30+ hours per week

*This is a driving position, you must have your own reliable vehicle, valid Dr Lc and active insurance. 

We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate Device Setup Technician to visit customers in their homes and install safety monitoring devices. This is a great opportunity for caregivers, retired CNAs, or anyone who enjoys helping and working with elderly individuals.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the Las Vegas area to customer homes
• Set up safety monitoring devices in various areas of the home
• Connect devices to WiFi using a mobile app
• Use a provided device to guide customers through a series of questions
• Provide friendly, patient, and professional customer service
• Troubleshoot basic technology issues
• Each visit is approximately 45 minutes, with about 5 visits per day

Qualifications

• Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working inside customers’ homes
• Compassionate, patient, and comfortable working with elderly individuals
• Tech savvy and comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and apps
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance required
• Must have a clean background
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Must have a smartphone, tablet, or laptop available on the first day

No specific healthcare experience is required. Caregiving or retired CNA experience is a plus.

Scrubs and a device setup kit will be provided.
