We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable team member who enjoys having a variety of responsibilities and can take a project from start to finish with minimal supervision.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both administrative work and creative projects. No two days may look exactly the same!

What You’ll Do

• Complete data entry and maintain accurate records
• File, organize, and manage documents
• Make phone calls and assist with general office tasks
• Take on special projects and see them through to completion
• Assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks and fill in where needed
• Help with marketing, social media, and promotional projects
• Assist with graphic design, photography, storytelling, or other creative projects when applicable
• Learn new systems and processes quickly

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• Detail-oriented and organized
• A quick learner who enjoys learning new things
• Able to work independently without constant direction or micromanagement
• Comfortable taking ownership of a project and following it through
• Flexible and willing to jump in wherever help is needed
• Professional, dependable, and able to communicate well

Marketing or creative experience is a plus! Experience with social media, graphic design, Photoshop/Adobe products, photography, content creation, or storytelling would be especially valuable.

We’re looking for someone who can bring a “whatever needs to get done, I’m willing to help” attitude to the team.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling within regular store hours. We’re happy to work with the right candidate to create a schedule that fits their availability.
