Location: Independence, OR
Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Seasonal) | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Off-Season) | 40+ Hours Guaranteed

 

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Operations Support team member for a hands-on role in the agriculture industry. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, working with equipment, and supporting both warehouse and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fertilizer and chemical products safely to customers
• Load and unload fertilizer, chemicals, and other products
• Operate equipment used for fertilizer blending and product application
• Calculate application rates and monitor product application
• Operate heavy equipment, including sprayer/applicator equipment and semi-trucks
• Perform equipment and plant maintenance, including welding, pump and engine overhauls, painting, and general repairs
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, facilities, warehouse, and yard areas
• Receive, unload, organize, and inventory products and materials
• Follow DOT, OSHA, Hazmat, and company safety requirements
• Assist with special projects, training, and other operational duties as assigned
• Provide accurate, timely, and safe product deliveries and applications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of related experience and/or training preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Agricultural or farm equipment experience preferred
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely
• Ability to perform basic math
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn and use company software
• Applicator's license preferred, or willingness to obtain after hire
• CDL is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work agricultural industry hours and overtime during peak season as needed

Physical & Work Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform a variety of tasks throughout the workday, including blending products, loading trucks, operating equipment, driving to farms, and working around agricultural products and machinery.
