Traveling Receptionist

Salary: $20.77 - $21.00 per hour

The Traveling Receptionist supports multiple clinic locations by providing front desk, administrative, and customer service support. This role serves as the primary point of contact for examinees and visitors, ensures confidentiality, coordinates patient flow, and assists physicians and staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and direct examinees and visitors.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally.
• Verify chart information, file numbers, and appointment details.
• Distribute, collect, and organize required paperwork.
• Route examinees to exam, vitals, and X-ray rooms as needed.
• Chaperone examinations when requested.
• Maintain appointment flow and help keep clinics on schedule.
• Perform clerical tasks including filing, typing, emailing, scanning, and proofreading.
• Monitor lobby cleanliness and report facility concerns.
• Support efficient use of clinic resources and supplies.
• Participate in required training and perform other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel regularly between clinic locations (see below)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with computers, internet applications, telephones, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Travel Locations

• Bellingham: 1-2 times/month
• Mt. Vernon: 1-2 times/month
• Bothell: 2-3 times/month
• Bellevue: 2-3 times/month
• Seattle: 2-3 times/month
• Renton: 1-2 times/month
